WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SIGN UP

Our Signup Process

Once you complete your signup form, you will automatically be prompted to pay your $200 Onboarding Fee. Then you will be prompted to schedule your Virtual Onboarding Meeting, we aim to get your meeting scheduled within two to four days of signing up (depending on your availability). Here is what you can expect over the next few days as the team builds out your campaigns.

Virtual Onboarding Meeting

During your meeting, an Onboarding Manager will help you select your service level plan, collect credit card information, and get access to your Google Ads account. They will review the types of campaigns best for you and answer any questions you may have.

This meeting is usually within two to four days after you signup.

Initial Strategy Meeting

During your Initial Strategy Meeting, we will review your new ads or team recommendations, complete a landing page review, provide an overview of your Service Level Plan, and discuss your campaign goals.

This meeting is usually two days after your Virtual Onboarding Meeting.

Conversion Specialist Meeting

During your Conversion Specialist Meeting, one of our experts will review your current setup or help you set up new ones. Conversion codes will help us track how many phone calls, form fills, or purchases result from your Google Ads account.

This meeting is usually three days after your Virtual Onboarding Meeting.

Does Your Google Ads Management Service Require a Contract?

NO. There are no long-term contracts at Third Marble. We will never lock you into anything you do not feel comfortable doing.

You can pause, restart, increase, decrease or cancel your Google Ads at anytime. Simply email or call your Account Manager to make any change to your service. We will pause your Google Ads within one business day of any cancellation notice. Your Third Marble invoice is month to month. If you pause your Google Ads for any extended period, we simply delay the next invoice the same number of weeks your Ads were paused.

Our set up process involves reviewing your ads with you before turning your ads on. Our Google Experts will regularly review the data and add more keywords and ads as needed.

After enough data is collected, we begin to implement some of Google’s very powerful Machine Learning Models. These learning models can take a few weeks before improving the initial results. We always ask our clients to be patient during the first few months. As we like to say, “The ads are instant, but profit takes time.”

For Display, Remarketing and YouTube Ads, the client usually provides the images and videos. Third Marble’s onboarding fees do not include graphic design or video editing services.
